Online 4 Work is an LSC funded project which is being operated by Knowledge Base UK Ltd, SYFEC and Virtual College. Its main aim is to strengthen workforce development in small/medium enterprises (SMEs).
This will be achieved by installing free PCs into SMEs throughout South Yorkshire. AS well as the PC and free technical support, a person in each SME will be developed as an e-learning champion to unlock the real potential of e-learning within your business.
You will also be provided with access to a wide range of free business relevant e-learning modules. Course topics include Health & Safety, Equal Opportunities, Effective Management, Communication, Risk Assessment, Recruitment, Negotiation Skills and much more.
