The Health Theme aims to create a healthier community in Burngreave. The Theme works with a range of partners to ensure that Burngreave residents will not suffer poor health because of where they live.
The theme focuses on promoting healthy lifestyles to prevent residents becoming ill. The theme also aims to remove barriers to services where possible so residents can benefit from early diagnosis and the best possible treatment and care.
