This course is ideal for volunteers who are working with children and young people and Management Committee members of group that provide activities or services involving children.
You will learn how to identify if a child is in need, or risk of harm, the law, good practice and responsibilities of staff and organisation on this matter.
This course is designed for the participation of volunteers who are not confident communicating in English. Some of the training activity will be done in Arabic.
