South Yorkshire Investment Fund workshop - Accessing Finance for Small and Medium-sized Businesses

South Yorkshire Investment Fund small business loans have been designed to provide additional finance to enable projects to proceed where only partial funding is available from conventional sources. loans are typically unsecured but in certain circumstances personal guarantees will be requested for some or all of the loan.

Loans are split into two bands;

  • £15k to £150k for established and profitable businesses.

  • £15k to £50k for early stage businesses.

Terms are from 1 to 5 years and there are no early repayment penalties. Interest rebates may be available.

A unique feature of the Fund is Mentorbank which can provide subsidised mentoring to support the development of management teams. The Fund provides a new dimension to meeting business finance needs and is able to support plans with high growth potential. It nurtures a spirit of enterprise in the region and welcomes the chance to work with business in the area.

Sound business ideas and plans, which either have insufficient security to raise all the finance they need from a bank may be supported by a small business fund loan in order to achieve their ambitions.

This is a one-off opportunity for you to find out about South Yorkshire Investment Fund, we look forward to welcoming you to the presentation.
