1) The Burngreave Business Awards will go to the nominated business judged to be the best in their category by the panel of judges, subject to:-
1.1 The application being received on this form by no later than 9th December 2005
1.2 The entry conditions for the category to be fulfilled as detailed on the entry form
2) The awards are open to all businesses within the Burngreave ward that are registered with the Inland Revenue.
3) The person proposing the entry must sign and date the application and must be prepared to provide additional information if requested by the judges.
4) The organisers and sponsors reserve the right to withhold all or any part of the awards, seek guidance or legal advice, or apply conditions to the use of awards.
5) The awards do not imply any future endorsement or support from any of the organisers or sponsors. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6) The organisers reserve the right to use the winners’ details for PR purposes.
