BNDfC have moved away from Themes and have identified four Priority Areas. The information in this section has been kept for access to theme group minutes and for historical purposes.
The work carried out through the housing theme should assist New Deal in meeting its outcomes. The housing theme outcomes are:
To reduce the gap between Bndfc area and the City Average vacancy rate to 3.03%
To increase the percentage of homes in the private sector that meet the decent home standard to 87%
To increase the price of property to 66% of the City average
