The Events Feature of the BNDfC website is for the promotion of events in Burngreave.
Any one person, group or organisation based in Burngreave can add their events to the listings, so long as the event is in Burngreave.
You do not have to receive funding from BNDfC to use this feature, and we take Burngreave to mean the actual ward, not just the BNDfC regeneration area.
Organisations etc. outside Burngreave can submit an event if their event will take place in Burngreave.
Events outside Burngreave may be considered if it is deemed that the event is within reasonable distance and easily accessible from Burngreave, and of possible interest to Burngreave residents. In general, events just outside the Burngreave area may be considered, but events further afield may be rejected.
The feature is primarily for the promotion of events which start and end on the same day. If your event spans a number of days, each day can be submitted as separate events, so long as attendance is not restricted only to those that attended the first day. However, excessive use of the feature in this way may result in your event not being included or only the first day included.
Events which span more than one day/week, and do not meet the above criteria, may be considered at the discretion of the webmaster. Note however that any event of this nature will no longer be listed in the events listings once the first day of the event has passed.
Submission of an event does not guarantee inclusion in the events listing, and all submissions appear at the discretion of BNDfC. BNDfC, or its appointed management agents, reserve the right to reject, edit, modify and/or amend any of the details you submit.
